Salted Honey Latte with Summerhill Goat Milk

There is nothing like a delicious iced latte on a hot summer’s day! This salted honey latte is the perfect combo of espresso, Summerhill goat milk, and a natural sweetener to keep you cool and energized for the long summer day. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Summerhill Goat Milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup coffee or espresso (at room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp honey

How to Make It

Makes 2 Lattes

1. Take a glass and drizzle honey on the inside of the
whole glass.

2. Add a 1/2 cup of ice to your glass, pour in your coffee
or espresso, then add goat milk.

3.Drizzle more honey on top of your ice and
sprinkle with a 1/2 tsp of sea salt (You can add more honey depending on
how sweet you like your coffee).

4. Stir iced coffee with a spoon until honey and salt is
mixed in and ENJOY!
