Chocolate Goat Milk Muffins

The perfect treat to satisfy that sweet tooth. We just can’t get enough of these Chocolate Goat Milk Muffins. Get them right out of the oven when they are warm and gooey. 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cup Summerhill Goat Milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/3 vegetable oil

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips in a large bowl.

Step 3

In another bowl whisk together the rest of the wet ingredients.

Step 4

Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Step 5

Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin cups, and divide the batter evenly.

Step 6

Bake for 23-25 minutes or until the middle comes out clean with a toothpick.
