Goat Milk Snickerdoodle Latte

There’s nothing like a snickerdoodle in a mug. Hot espresso, and foamy sweet goat milk sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. A delicious treat all year round but even better at Christmas time.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 shots of hot espresso (depending on how strong you like it)
  • 1-2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup Summerhill Goat Milk
  • ¾ tsp. sugar

How to Make It

Step 1

Pour hot espresso into a mug and set aside.

Step 2

In a milk frother, add brown sugar, ¼ tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk. Froth until satisfied. If a milk frother is unavailable, you can put these ingredients in a jar. Secure the lid and shake for 1 minute. Remove the lid from the jar and microwave for 30 seconds. This will help the foam rise and stabilize.

Step 3

Pour the warm sweetened milk over your espresso.

Step 4

Combine sugar and ¼ tsp cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir until fully mixed. Sprinkle over top of the foam. Enjoy!!
